It seems so long since I saw my children. As I write this (17th September 2007) it was mid March 2007 since I saw them last. My crime? Despite repeated requests since 2005 for the return of my personal belongings from the former family home I was denied them. I was left with no other option but to return to the home when no-one was in to collect my things. This has resulted in BW denying me access to my children. I worry about the long term harm that this using the children as pawns in her petty war with me will have on those two innocent souls.
For the past two and a half years I have had to put up with the most outrageous accusations made against me by my ex wife and only she will truly understand the reasons why she has sought to do this. Why did she make repeated attempts to force my GP to have me sectioned under the Mental Health Act? Why did she say that I was going to abduct my children to another country? Why did she claim that that I illegally attended my sons birthday party when I was over a hundred miles away?
The Police are tired of her accusations; they told me so, but there is little they can do. You see, so long as the accusations are made in such a manner that there is a real or perceived threat to the children they have to act - usually in a manner which is ex parte (in other words, without my knowledge or acquiescence) and expedient.
This Saturday just passed was my daughter's 8th Birthday. I had no address to send her presents and card to.
